Tomar-Tu

Tomar-Tu, Tomar-Re's son and the current Green Lantern of Sector 2813, home planet Xudar. When Chloe Ming gets the ring, he's the first other Green Lantern she meets, informing her of her greater purpose and mission. Tomar-Tu is polite but driven.

Bio: Tomar-Tu is the son of legendary Green Lantern corpsman Tomar-Re, who was slain in the first Crisis. Tomar-Tu was instrumental in helping John Stewart in the events of Mosiac, and would subsequently be recruited into the Corps by Hal Jordan, who subsequently battled him as Parallax.

Since the reconstruction of the Corps, he has been a faithful servant of the Guardians of the Universe, enforcing their will in Sector 2813. He enters Chloe’s life after she frees herself from the clutches of a mad cult worshipping a strange green lamp, demanding that she either give him the ring or follow him on a mission of paramount importance.

The two go on to become steadfast allies and good friends, as Chloe learns just what it means - and what it takes - to be a protector of the universe.
